MySurvey - You can cash out when you get enough points for a $10 check. This site takes a little longer than other sites to get a check but I have gotten to test out 2 pizzas, cereal, shampoo and toothpaste for them. PLUS their surveys are always much shorter than other companies and they have never kicked me out halfway through a survey!!!
Mindfieldonline - I just joined this in January and made $2 from a survey and qualified to test some sunscreen. You can cash out when your account reaches $5. You can choose either paypal or a check!!!
Lightspeed - I signed up around November and have already cashed out for a $10 Paypal payment. You get points for each survey (the ones I have taken have been 75 or 150 points each) A $5 Amazon gift card is 550 points, a $10 Amazon gift card is 1100 and a $10 paypal payment is 1150 points. There are LOTS of other gift cards available too but those are my favorite!
Pinecone Research - (not accepting applications at this time) They pay $3 a survey and I have gotten several checks from them since I joined in Nov. I also got a free product to test.
Opinion Outpost - You can cash out for either an INSTANT Amazon gift card code or a check once you get $5 in your account. I have made over $50 from this company!!!
Valued Opinions - You get $1 to $5 for surveys and up to $50 for specialist surveys (I have never gotten one of those). Once your account reaches $20 you can cash out for a gift card code. I just joined this in Dec and haven't quite reached the $20 threshhold yet but I am working on it!!!
Ipsos - You will earn points for surveys and once you've earned 50 (or more) points, you can redeem them for a check or American Express Encompass gift cards. They will be mailed to you within 5-8 weeks. New members are automatically entered into their $5000 Quarterly Sweepstakes just for joining.
Panda Research - The type and amount of incentive vary from $1 to $75 or more and are based on the type and size of survey and offer.
